Biography
Ewa Ziemba played an instrumental role (coordinator and principal investigator) in over 40 prestigious Polish and international research projects, among others, Designing a system approach to the sustainable development of the information society – by the example of Poland funded by the National Science Centre in Poland (2011/01/B/HS4/00974) and TRIMAR: On-line Intelligent Training System for Internet Marketing by SMEs Sector funded by the European Commission’s Leonardo da Vinci program (UK/00/B/F/PP/129_110), Information systems in decision making in small and medium enterprises of Polish-Czech border region founded by the European Union Commission (CZ.3.22/3.3.04/12.02994). She has practical experience in developing information systems for business, she was an information systems analyst, IT developer, and ICT Project Manager. She is a research expert for the National Centre for Research and Development in Poland, the Academy of Finland, The Malta Council for Science and Technology, Science Fund of Republic of Serbia.
