He was born in Kocaeli in 1982. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Bolu. He began his undergraduate studies at Ankara University’s Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Animal Science in 2000 and graduated in 2004. In 2006, he completed his master’s degree in the Department of Animal Science at Ankara University’s Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences.

With private sector experience from 2004 to 2011, he was appointed as the Director of the Beekeeping Research Institute in 2011. This researcher has national and international publications and also participates in various projects funded by the Ministry and external sources. He is married, has two children, and is fluent in English.
